FOUNDER

Since beginning his career in 2017 Brandon’s primary focus is small business. As an accomplished Operations Manager, Brandon has overseen the successful business development of multiple companies. This success has come from an array of skills ranging from digital marketing, branding, to ecommerce and manufacturing operations.

A recent success in strategic operations led to a garage based manufacturing startup turning it into an industry leader with a 30,000sqft facility and 20+ employees - without outside investment. Instead with Brandon's guidance they gained profitability through reinvestment and innovative production methods. 

His goal is to always lead a project with customer experience and efficiency at the forefront of the plan. He believes that the cornerstone of success for any project begins with this and is accompanied by strong personal relationships and productive team building measures. 

FOUNDER

Since 2015, Cal has worked with small and mid-size companies. He studied international business and marketing, which laid the groundwork for years spent improving digital marketing and SEO, lifting online visibility and sales.

Earlier roles in business and retail sales management kept revenue and customer needs at the center of his approach. During that time he also built a residential rental portfolio, handling market research, renovations, and tenant relations from end to end.

Most recently, Cal ran AI adoption and implementation projects for midsize corporations, guiding teams, cutting manual tasks, and shortening project timelines. He now brings that blend of growth strategy, sales insight, and process improvement to every business his firm acquires.
